- QuickStart PLUSFAX™ to any mix of Email Address and/or Instant Messenger
- Create and Save a PLUSFAX™ Mailing List
- Create a PLUSFAX™ Recipient List from your MS Outlook or Outlook Express Address Book
- Send an accompanying Message with your PLUSFAX™
- Send yourself a copy of your PLUSFAX™
- Send a COMPLETELY FREE PLUSFAX™ to a Regular Fax Number

- Click the 'Setup' tab.
- Choose the PLUSFAX™ Router Number nearest to you or enter the number in the 'Fax to' box. (You can find a complete list of numbers by clicking 'More Routers').
- Click the 'Save Setup' button.
- Click the 'To' tab.
- Choose the Recipient Type from the dropdown list.
- Enter the recipient's Email Address, Fax Number or Instant Messenger Buddy/Logon Name and optionaly his/her Name and Company Name.
- Choose 'Read-Receipt' if you want a receipt.
- Choose from the 'Add Generic Cover Page' if you want a one.
- Hit the 'Return' key or Click the 'Print' button and the Print dialogue window will appear.
- Choose a printer and click OK.
- Place the resulting PLUSFAX™ Cover Page on your paper document.
- Load your fax machine.
- Dial the number of the PLUSFAX™ Router and hit 'Send'.
- Your paper document will be delivered to an email address as an attachment that can be viewed by most image viewing software including the MS Windows 'Picture & Fax Viewer' accessory, and/or to an Instant Messenger client as a pointer to a web location where it can be viewed with a browser.

- Click the 'To' tab.
- Enter the recipient's Email Address and optionaly his/her Name and Company Name.
- Choose 'Read-Receipt' if you want one.
- Choose 'To', 'Cc' or 'Bcc' from the buttons above the Recipient List and your new recipient will be added to the list.
- Go to item 2 on this help list if you want to add another recipient.
- Choose 'Edit', 'Delete' or 'Delete All' to modify the Recipient list.
- When the Recipient List is complete choose the 'Save List' button if you want to save it, then provide a name for the Mailing List and click 'OK'.
- To send a PLUSFAX™ to the Recipients List go to to Item 7 in the
'Quickstart' help list.

- In the PLUSFAX™ window click the 'To:' tab.
- Choose 'Read-Receipt' if you want one.
- Open the Address Book from MS Outlook or Outlook Express.
- Select one or more recipients (hold down the Ctrl Key on your keyboard and click each recipient).
- Position the Address Book window so that it does not cover the Recipient List in the PLUSFAX™ window.
- In the Address Book window position the cursor over one of the recipients then depress and hold down the left mouse key. Holding down the left mouse key move the mouse to position the cursor over the 'To', 'Cc' or 'Bcc' button above the Recipient List in the PLUSFAX™ window. Release the mouse key and the selected recipients from your Outlook Address Book will be added to your PLUSFAX™ Recipient List.
- If you want to add more recipients go to item 2 on the 'Create and Save' help list.
- Choose 'Edit', 'Delete' or 'Delete All' to modify the Recipient List
- When the Recipient List is complete you can save it as a Mailing List. Choose the 'Save List' button then provide a name for the new Mailing List and click 'OK'.
- To send a PLUSFAX™ to the Recipient List go to to Item 7 in the 'Quickstart' help list.

- Click the 'Message' tab.
- Enter your message.
- Go to Item 4 in the 'Quickstart' help list.

- Proceed with steps 4, 5 and 6 from the Quickstart help list.
- Click the 'From' tab.
- Choose 'Auto-copy' at the bottom of the tab.
- If you ALWAYS want a copy choose the 'Save Sender' button.
- Select one or more recipients.
- Go to Item 7 in the 'Quickstart' help list.

- Ensure that the document you are sending contains a MAXIMUM of TWO PAGES.
- Select the 'To' tab followed by 'Generic Cover Page With Brand Advertising' (if this is disabled goto to the 'Setup' tab and Register for PLUSFAX-FREE or top up your pre-paid balance then try again later.)
- Select 'Fax' from the drop down list at the top of the frame.
- Select a Country with a star (asterisk) from the drop down list and enter the area code and number.
- Add the recipient's name and company if appropriate
- Go to Item 7 in the 'Quickstart' help list.
