VIRTUAL PRINTERS

To +FAX ANY PRINTABLE FILE to regular fax numbers all you need is a Virtual Printer

In place of a printed document a Virtual Printer produces a faxable computer file.

Using a Virtual Printer is just like using an ordinary printer -
Open your document in its application
Choose 'File' and 'Print' from the menu then
Click on the name of the Virtual Printer.

Apple MACOSX UBUNTU and Linux

Normaly you do not need to download anything. Just open your document in any application that can print and choose 'Print to File' to create a file in .PS format. Most Linux based operating systems include the utility - cups-pdf - but may not install it by default. Perform the installation and when you 'Print to File' you can choose PDF as the format.
