is +FAXMe™ ?
+FAXMe™ is a way of RECEIVING faxes sent over the Public Telephone System without
paying the phone company for a fax line.
The fax is delivered as an Image File that can be viewed using standard software included with most operating systems
including all versions of Mucrosoft Windows.
You can arrange to receive the fax via Email, Skype™ or Apple iPhone.
+FAXMe™ is activated by a button on your personal or corporate web page or in your email signatue and
it uses shared fax numbers so you can avoid receiving junk faxes.

Why
use +FAXMe™ ?
+FAXMe™ You save that monthly fee you pay the phone company for a fax line.
Your friends and correspondants can send you faxes in many countries because you effectively get as many fax numbers as there are
PLUSFAX&trade Routers.
You can arrange to receive the fax via Email, Skype™ or Apple iPhone.
You do not publish a regular fax number so you won't be put un Junk Fax Lists.
Sending Junk Faxes with +FAXMe is very tedious so you won't receive many and probably none.

How does
+FAXMe™ work?
After you set up +FAXMe™ you will be provided with some html code which you can include
in your personal or corporate web page or add to an html email signature. This code will be represented by the browser as
a +FAXMe button. When someone wants to send you a fax they simply click on the button, enter their name and email address
then print a cover page and fax their document in the normal way.
The minimal differences with a regular fax are that the sender MUST print a PLUSFAX™ Cover Page and dial a PLUSFAX™ Router.
The fax will be passed to the PLUSFAX™ service which delivers it to you as a digital image representing the paper document.

How do I send a fax using
+FAXMe™ ?
Sending a Fax with +FAXMe™ is JUST LIKE SENDING A REGULAR FAX :
- 1 PRINT A COVER PAGE
click on a +FAXMe™ button
enter your name and email address
click on 'Print Cover Page'
- 2 LOAD A FAX MACHINE
place the cover page on top of the document you wish to send
- 3 DIAL A NUMBER
in this case the number of any PLUSFAX&trade Router.
The minimal differences with a regular fax are that the sender MUST print and use a PLUSFAX™ Cover Page and MUST dial a PLUSFAX™ Router.

Why not just use my VOIP setup for Faxing?
The main reason is that it that it hardly ever works. Even when it does a page can easily take a couple of minutes to transmit and you may find difficulty sending multipage documents.
