DIGITAL (or Desktop) PLUSFAXes are created on a Personal Computer from any printable document using the FREE program 'PLUSFAX for Windows'™ which may be downloaded here.

REGULAR FAX NUMBERS
If you choose the 'Generic Cover Page with Brand Advertising' option when preparing your PLUSFAX™ the first 2 pages of your document plus the cover page will be delivered free to these countries .

IF YOU DO NOT MAINTAIN THE MINUMUM PREPAID BALANCE INDICATED BELOW THE REGULAR DELIVERY TARIFF WILL BE LEVIED.

	Upon activation of your service you will be charged EUR 14.95 to establish your initial prepaid balance of EUR 10.00 plus EUR 4.95 registration fee. Each time your balance falls below EUR 5.00 you will be prompted to refill your account.	Upon activation of your service you will be charged EUR 19.90 to establish your initial prepaid balance of EUR 10.00 plus EUR 4.95 registration fee plus EUR 4.95 covering the first monthly payment. Thereafter your account will be debited EUR 4.95 at the start of each month. Each time your balance falls below EUR 5.00 you will be prompted to refill your account.	Upon activation of your service you will be charged EUR 22.90 to establish your initial prepaid balance of EUR 10.00 plus EUR 4.95 registration fee plus EUR 7.95 covering the first monthly payment. Thereafter your account will be debited EUR 7.95 at the start of each month. Each time your balance falls below EUR 5.00 you will be prompted to refill your account.
