Removing PLUSFAX™ for MS Windows XP

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING

1. Download and SAVE ON YOUR DESKTOP (DO NOT CHOOSE RUN EVEN AFTER DOWNLOAD) the file Plusfax-Uninstall.exe.


2. Close ALL applications


3. Run Plusfax-Uninstall.exe FROM THE DESKTOP by double-clicking the icon. (For Windows VISTA RIGHT CLICK the ICON and choose 'Run as Administrator').


4. Check that the folder 'C:\Program Files\PLUSFAX' has been removed, if not, reboot your system and run Plusfax-Uninstall.exe again.


5. Delete Plusfax-Uninstall.exe from your desktop


6. Manually delete the PLUSFAX Virtual Printer from Start | Printers and Faxes


7. Manually delete any shortcuts (right-click on the icon then choose delete).
